Mike Farrell

Michael Farrell started working in mortgage lending in 1998 after coming home from a 4-year mission experience in Ecuador, South America with the Salesians of Don Bosco. He worked 2 years with a national mortgage lender as a loan officer and then was promoted into management for a 5-year tenure. In 2006, he founded Grandview Home Loans, which was rebranded to Grandview Lending in 2009. Grandview Lending has helped over a thousand clients obtain new homes or lower their monthly costs of their current homes. After his time in Ecuador, Michael learned Spanish and has been able to provide mortgage services to the Hispanic community. Michael is a graduate of Indiana University and got his master’s degree at St. Meinrad Seminary. With a background in ministry, his passion is to help people. He has been able to keep his missionary spirit by helping people acquire one of their biggest assets: their home. Michael is a dedicated father to 7 children ranging in ages from 7 to 22 years old.

Tim Egan

In March 2012, Tim Egan joined Grandview Lending. Tim has entered his tenth year as a licensed loan officer. He has almost twenty years of experience in real estate and consumer financing. With that experience, you can expect Tim to deliver expert advice and service. He enjoys helping families by “saving” the loans that the big banks turn down. Grandview Lending continues to be a great fit for Tim. He believes wholeheartedly in Grandview’s mission of serving families with integrity. In his years at Grandview Lending, Tim has hundreds of stories from first time home buyers, veterans, and friends, new and old, whom he has been able to assist with the goals of home ownership and financial stability. Tim has been married to his wife of 20 years Rose Egan. Together, they have five living children: Andrew 17, Joseph 16, Max 14, Roch 13 and Manny 11. As a family, they attend Holy Rosary parish in downtown Indianapolis. Expect to find Tim and Rose in constant motion chasing the extracurricular, athletic, social and service activities of their five boys.

Timothy Ayers

Tim Ayers has been in the mortgage industry as a banker, broker, or lender for twenty years. Tim and his family have lived in Zionsville for 14 years. He is a published author of the book, “Fooled Me Once.” Due to the changes in the mortgage lending industry, Tim decided to re-enter the industry and make a point of working with a firm that is honest, sincere and has integrity. Jose Flores

In Venezuela, Jose graduated as an economist at the Andres Bello Catholic University, holding management positions in important banks in that country (Banco Mercantil and Banesco) for more than 20 years. Upon arriving in America in 2019, he immediately became involved in the Real Estate market through the flipping business. However, his passion for banking and his desire to help the Hispanic community led him to obtain The Mortgage Loan Originator license. He recently joined Grandview Lending and he states: "It really is a blessing to be able to offer the services of this Great Company to the Hispanic community in Indiana, which stands out for its good service and experience." En Venezuela, Jose se graduó como economista en la Universidad católica Andrés Bello desempeñando cargos de Gerencia en Importantes Bancos de ese país (Banco Mercantil y Banesco) durante más de 20 años. Al llegar a América en 2019, enseguida se vinculó al mercado de Bienes raíces mediante el negocio de flipping. Durrell Cullens

Durrell was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He briefly lived in Nashville where he attended Tennessee State University for two years. He is a graduate of Indiana Tech, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He also holds a Master of Science in Financial Planning (MSFP) from the University of Georgia. Durrell started working in the banking industry in 2016 at a Fortune 500 bank where he gained invaluable skills and experience in finance. Durrell was drawn to Grandview Lending after learning the philosophy and success of the company from the owner and meeting some of the employees during the interview process. Durrell and Grandview share the same philosophy of going above and beyond for its clients. Durrell has a reputation for being timely, an effective communicator, honest, personable, authentic, and a person who has a client first mentality, valuing relationships, and providing great client experience. When asked why he chose to pursue the financial industry, he always takes it back to his time in undergraduate during a personal finance class. “I realized during that class that I did not know much about investments, taxes, insurance, etc. This led me to figure out a way to get into the industry and sparked my desire to help people become financially empowered and more knowledgeable.” In his spare time, he loves to travel and experience the different people, architecture and vibe that makes each city unique. During a recent trip to San Francisco, he discovered his passion for the outdoors after visiting the Sequoia National Park and experiencing the beauty of God’s creation, nature, and some of the biggest and oldest trees on Earth. Durrell is married and the father of two children.

Lesley Howard

Lesley Howard has been in the mortgage industry since 1984 with 11 of those years working at a title company. Lesley is focused on providing an extraordinary experience for each and every borrower. She works diligently to help clients pursue their dream of home ownership or to be in a better financial position by refinancing. Lesley joined Grandview Lending due to the family atmosphere and personal service she could continue to provide. Outside of work, Lesley and her husband enjoy spending time with their 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Hillary Dunham

Hillary Dunham is a graduate of Ball State University with over 10 years of customer service experience, 5 of those years being in the mortgage industry. She is detail oriented and enjoys building relationships with each client she helps. Hillary works with Mike and Kimberly as a Loan Officer Assistant to serve as the liaison during the initial mortgage process. She decided to join the team at Grandview after her first meeting with Mike. He described himself and his team with the culture, integrity, and family values she wanted to be a part of. In her free time, Hillary enjoys being outdoors with her daughter Tatum, going to the park, fishing, or swimming at the pool.
